Implementation of maintenance, inspection and maintenance work in accordance with applicable requirements Ensuring operational readiness and safety of technical installations Error diagnosis and initiation and control of deficiencies Testing of plants according to professional requirements Documentation of all work carried out in IT systems Coordination, assignment and acceptance of external service providers Implementation of malfunction and technical safety measures Training and support of service personnel and new employees Preparation of technical documentation and damage analyses

Electromechanical or electrical engineering according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology and task-related additional qualification or multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge of operating and building engineering Knowledge of the procedures for resolving faults based on performance agreements Processing of orders according to the regulations of predetermined processes PC knowledge
