As a team leader of the real estate management, you take the professional and organizational leadership of an approximately six-member team from real estate management, accounting and team assistance. Your central task is to create clear and reliable structures. You define responsibilities, standardize procedures and ensure that tasks, appointments and open processes are handled consistently. In doing so, you will keep in mind both the operating daily business and the further development of the administrative area. You understand leadership as the connection of clear expectations, reliable communication and consistent outcome control. You create structures in which your team can work independently, while maintaining time, quality and open processes reliably. Your tasks Professional and organisational leadership of the team structuring, standardization and ongoing optimisation of management processes Clear distribution and consistent follow-up of tasks, responsibilities and dates Ensuring day-to-day operations including operating and auxiliary cost accounting Monitoring of commercial processes such as auditing of accounts, payment transactions and receivables and contract management Coordination of maintenance measures and control and quality control of external facility management Close cooperation with asset management and rental as well as regular exchange and structured reporting to the owner

Completed real estate training / a corresponding study or a comparable qualification At least five years of practical work experience in commercial real estate management Knowledge of the operating and auxiliary cost accounting and the commercial processes of real estate management Embossed ability to analyze processes, structure them clearly and implement them bindingly Clear, value-adding and consistent leadership style with enforcement and decision-making Self-conscient, responsible and solution-oriented working with hands-on mentality English is not a foreign word for you Secure handling of DOMUS ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office
