Your tasks

Coordinating, networking and consistency-proof control of all strategy-relevant topics You take the driving role in the further development and implementation of strategic initiatives Collection, monitoring and structured preparation of strategic target fields in a predictive dashboard You continuously test trends and developments and initiate sound strategic impulses Analysis and assessment of strategic issues and deriving recommendations for management You advise management and executives on strategic issues Coordination of the annual strategy revision and creation of a regular and meaningful strategy reporting

Your profile

Completed study or comparable qualification related to BWL, VWL or finance You have several years of professional experience in the banking industry and know the requirements of the market Funded knowledge in strategic management as well as high affinity on regulatory issues (especially MaRisk) You like to work interdisciplinary and successfully bring together different perspectives Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation You convince by analytical thinking and a pronounced understanding of complex relationships A lot of decision-making and enforcement strength complete your profile
