The association is one of the most successful athletics clubs in Bavaria and is one of the top clubs in Germany. More than 20 club trainers:inside and several national trainers:inside there are sportsmen. The LAC operates one of two athletics halls in Bavaria and organises national competitions. Partnerships with sponsors, associations, politics and volunteers form the basis of success.

Become part of our team and start with us on October 1, 2025. You will complete your studies at the IU International University virtual campus. The IU is the first university to offer a completely virtual dual study. With this innovative model you are not bound to a campus and all courses take place online. This gives you maximum flexibility and you can learn yourself.

You will play an important role in the operational management of the daily club You can, if you entrust it to yourself increasingly independently to the economic operation of the association You are responsible for expanding communication channels and advertising opportunities to increase advertising revenue and visibility of LAC You plan and support measures to increase revenue from the operation of the athletic hall and the LAC-own sports events You take over the management of the sporting interests to expand the sporting offer and the performance structure You develop the administrative processes and build a modern administrative structure You take over the management of the club finances (e.g. invoicing, payrolls, travel costs etc.) You carry out your tasks independently and work closely with the management team of the Dachverein, where the LAC Source Fürth is organised, the TV 1860 Fürth e.V. The Honourable Board of the LAC Source Fürth will work closely with you, especially in strategic issues, and you can build on the experiences of executives of international companies and university professors

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
