Personal support for our new and existing customers (m/w/d) on site – especially in the case of contractual concerns about the emergency call Own installation and commissioning of the home emergency equipment at our customers (m/w/d) Technical maintenance and functional testing of emergency call systems Documentation of your operations according to internal quality standards Ensuring qualified performance according to the requirements of our quality management system Care and control of your service vehicle, including safety of transport and operational safety Takeover of technical emergency plans outside regular working hours
