Working Student in Recruiting & Employer Branding (job for all genders)

You accompany the entire recruiting process for trainees, trainees and work students from the creation and publication of the job advertisements to the recruitment. You can check incoming applications, coordinate appointments and communicate with applicants throughout the selection process. In cooperation with various departments, you conduct first job interviews independently and support the departments in the further selection process. If necessary, you will assist in the occupation of specialist and leadership positions. In addition, you will participate in employer branding measures and recruiting projects and support the team in operational day-to-day business.

You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or a comparable degree course and can ideally support us 14 hours a week or more. A strong communication capability, team readiness as well as an independent and structured way of working are the key. You are interested in recruiting and personnel topics and could ideally gain first practical experience in this area. A safe handling of MS Office applications as well as very good German knowledge (- C1) and good English knowledge (- B1/B2) enable you to secure communication in our international environment.
