Completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or nurse (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Basic care for people in need of care
• Treatment care
• Planning, coordination, adaptation and documentation of care measures
• You work in different facilities and collect Know How in various areas in Bremen and the surrounding area
