Project Manager Documentation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire document management in the project (initiation to completion incl. collection, processing, release, provision, export control). You create project-related document plans and policies according to the respective standards (e.g. ISO 9001, MIL‐STD). You guide the team assigned to you professionally and regularly report to the project management. You coordinate closely with consortial partners, subcontractors and all interfaces. You recognize risks in the flow of documents, evaluate them and initiate countermeasures. You manage all project documents in the common DM systems and introduce process improvements. You define IT requirements for project-specific adaptations (e.g. SAP, Teamcenter, IBM Jazz). You ensure compliance with internal and external standards and control the release of technical documents. You support audits and governmental receipts and support project-specific document templates.

You have a degree in information and document management or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in document management – ideally from the military, maritime or technical environment. You are versed in project management and know the typical processes and control instruments. You work safely with common DM tools and common office applications. Ideally, you have already worked with SAP, Siemens Teamcenter or IBM Jazz and can use their functions in a targeted manner. You are structuring and conscientious, keeping an overview even in complex situations. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and can communicate professional content precisely. You are a real team player, you are characterized by high communication strength and can work constructively both internally and with external partners.
