· You are responsible for monitoring change processes resulting from our project to introduce a new HR Management Systems for the entire E.DIS group. · Here you are for the conception and implementation of change Measures responsible. · As a project manager*in Change, you are the first respondent for Employees and executives. · You develop individual workshops and concepts for cultural Development of our teams and executives.

· You have a successfully completed university degree, preferably in psychology, BWL with focus on HR, adult education, sociology, or a comparable qualification. · Ideally, you have several years of professional experience, of which at least 2 Years of relevant experience as an expert or project manager Change management. · In the team you convince by creativity, courage and Enforceability. · You also have a high level of resilience and Communication strength. · Flowing German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
