KG, at the next possible time in the position as a team leader in Service m/w/d for lifts in Osnabrück. You don't just want to manage, you really want to move something? As a team leader Service m/w/d, you are the central interface between technology, team and customers. You ensure that our services not only work, but are inspiring – through reliability, quality and real sense of responsibility.

You ensure professional maintenance and service You are the first respondent to all questions about the service offer You take reassembled systems into service You collect offers from suppliers and perform material orders You run a team of about 10 service technicians, including capacity and deployment planning You are responsible for compliance with all occupational safety regulations You support sales in creating offers You're testing performance certificates and releasing them

You have a completed training in the field of electronics or metal as well as a training course for master m/w/d or a comparable qualification You have professional and ideally first leadership experience You customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills in German also belong to your profile Awareness of costs and responsibility are, of course, just like a pronounced solution orientation and targeted work You convince by a high affinity in dealing with digital technologies You bring travel and a class B driving permit You don't meet all the above requirements?
