Site Manager - Project Management / Safety Standards / Track Construction (m/f/d)

You plan and tax projects holistically, including construction planning, approval management, post-contracting, as well as management of the construction sites on site You ensure safety, environmental and quality standards by instructing staff to comply with all regulations and continuously optimize processes You support work preparation, purchasing and resource management, plan calculation, material and equipment use, coordinate staff and bind entrepreneurs You take over communication and leadership as a contact person for contractors and project participants and guide the employees on the construction site professionally You are responsible for documentation, reporting and budget, documenting the progress of the building, performing the construction work, ensuring the billing and working with supplements

You have a degree in engineering (e.g. railway, civil or engineering) or a comparable technical training. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the construction line or construction monitoring, preferably in the field of track or civil engineering. You convince by your organizational talent and enforcing ability, work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. The readiness to travel in the middle and south of Germany and the willingness to work at night and weekends are a matter of course for you. You are IT-affin dealing with MS Office as well as construction software (e.g. iTWO, Tilos, Arriba) and speak fluent German (C1).
