Your mission

As a team leader, you are the hub for your team in operational daily business You take responsibility for approx. 10–15 Customer Advisor and Ensure Quality, Motivation and Performance Vote You're taking a sales performance for your team Through coaching and constructive feedback, you can help individual colleagues develop their personal potential and continuously increase team performance In cooperation with Recruiting, you will ensure an optimal setup of the team You optimierst processes and focus on our customers and employees (m/w/d)

Multiannual professional experience in financial services, ideally focusing on credit products Funded leadership experience in sales and the motivation to further develop your team professional, sales and personal Target-oriented appearance, clear communication and high commitment A structured way of working and a pronounced numerical understanding complete your profile
