Senior Consultant / Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You want to get to know a very individualized form of day care? Do you want a lot of time for 1:1 care? And all this in combination with regulated working hours Monday to Friday. Then you are gold right with us. In our beautiful Hofreite in Überau, 6 clients with impairment and special life topics are offered a personal-centred tailored second environment.Primary participation opportunities in 1:1 contact with clients are developed individually with the aim of bringing them to settings in small groups. Our clients thus experience a sinuous day structure that gives hold and security.

Your day looks like this: • They work with the employees according to the principles of assistance and self-determination and assume responsibility for structured health education/care activities • In addition, based on the wishes and needs of the clients, you develop opportunities for participation • With empathy, patience and openness, they build up special behaviors to exciting people's sustainable relationships and provide a fun change for sustaining structures. • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our clients, you will work in close cooperation with your colleagues from the team as well as with collaborative collaborators, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who will assist you in your work
