As the largest free carrier is the association of evangelical daycare facilities with over 1,400 employees in 65 kitas with more than 4,700 seats for children

from 0 to 10 years in Bremen.

For our day care facility in the Ev. Abraham community we are looking for 01.09.2026 or earlier

Senior Consultant (m/w/d). The weekly working hours are 34.5 hours per week.

The work is done centrally in the Bremish Evangelical Church.

The Kita is a center and index facility and offers its approx. 30 specialists for 70 children

Age 0-6 years with and without need for support and early childhood education in 4 groups.

Your tasks

Requirements

State recognition as an educator:in

good communication capability

an empathic and esteeming attitude towards children and their families

Willingness to develop personally and professionally

an extended management certificate without relevant registration
