Resident as Property Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks as real estate businessman/Property Manager:

• Auditing and settlement of invoices
• correspondence with tenants and service providers
• Own-sponsored management of a predominantly housing estate stock
• Carrying for rent (departure, termination, settlement)
• House transfers and accommodation
• Examination and approval of prepared rental increases and operating expenses
• Common development of budgets with the areas of rental, technology and portfolio management
• Budget control during ongoing administration
• Technical and economic recognition of optimization potentials
• Orders for craftsmen / service providers

Your knowledge and skills:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in real estate (optimally in property management)
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Experience with a housing ERP system or SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Class B driving licence
• Self-employed, structured and careful working
• Reliability, Responsibility and Teamability
• Fun in an independent activity and pleasure in dealing with tenants and landlords
