Educational Assistant (m/w/d)

vocational schools

Actual weekly working time: 39,800; parttime.

Description of tasks:

 pedagogical support of pupils with language support requirements in the school context, participation in the planning and implementation of language support measures and support in their practical implementation;

 Participation in the organisation and coordination of support processes in the context of language support, in particular in cooperation with school and non-school actors;

 Participation in the management and maintenance of documentation on conveying processes and transitions according to specified technical standards,

 Supporting pupils in internships as well as assistance in transitions to training or employment, in particular through advice and practical assistance;

 Participation in the maintenance of regional cooperation relations and support in cooperation with network partners,

 Support of the multi-professional teams and the introduction of technical observations in case meetings.

Description of requirements:

 Language competence: sufficient knowledge of German language in word and writing,

 basic pedagogical understanding: knowledge of language learning, multilingualism and language-sensitive action,

 intercultural competence: experience in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds and a trauma-sensitive basic attitude,

 Experience in language promotion: practical experience in working with young people in the field of language promotion or Language education.

Special Notes:

The workplace is assigned to the pay group S 8b TV-L S. The grouping depends on the individual requirements of the applicants.
