Your duties

• Help with the production of hot and cold dishes
• Pre- and post-processing of daily food production
• Restocking of the output area and output of food
• Regular control of the guest room as well as the storage and cooling areas on cleanliness and order
• Implementation of cleaning activities according to hygiene plan
• Compliance with all legal and internal hygiene and quality standards
• Support in the delivery and, where appropriate, issue of food in schools and other institutions

Support of the kitchen team in full-time or part-time for school catering as well as for senior and nursing facilities in Dabendorf bei Zossen.
