Manager (m/w/d) in the data center – 130k + 10% bonus

Our customer is looking for you as part of a direct switching to an FESTANSTELLUNG to take over the management and optimization of the infrastructure of a modern data center.

ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and safeguards for safe operation Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure, including electricity distribution and cooling systems Minimisation of operational risks by proactive management of infrastructure and analysis of fault sources and vulnerabilities Leadership and further development of the team Responsibility for daily financial management (Opex/Capex) as well as for order, payment and audit processes Responsibility for IT management, including the provision of new network and server capacities and the management of the existing server stock

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally complemented by further training in building technology or industrial maintenance Knowledge of current distribution (transformers, generators, USV systems, batteries) Experience in preventive maintenance of critical infrastructures Know-how in the architecture and operation of IT cooling systems Experience in OPEX/CAPEX, profit and loss reporting and financial planning Ability to manage personnel, conflict management and performance management Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
