First contactin: You are a central point of contact of the clinic and ensure a structured and reliable patient reception through a professional, service-oriented appearance. Administrative patient intake: You take over the administration of emergency patients both at the switch and at the stations. This includes, in particular, data collection, processing of cost acceptance requests, conclusion of treatment and election performance agreements and the management of personal data master files. You are also the central contact person for our clinics and departments in all questions concerning the administrative patient intake of the emergency room. Data management and quality assurance: You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring high data quality, supporting and optimizing administrative recording processes and contributing to the further development of standardized processes in patient management.

You have completed vocational training as medical professionals, doctoral assistants, merchants / health professional, social security workers or a comparable qualification with a commercial background, including first management experience You have well-founded knowledge of the legal basis in the field of outpatient and inpatient patient intake You have very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) A pronounced patient and service orientation, friendliness as well as team skills are characterized.
