Team Leader Network & IT Security (m/f/d)

Leadership & Organisation: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Network & IT Security team, further development and coaching of employees as well as the establishment of know-how, implementation of budget planning and controlling in the area of responsibility, management and management of projects in the field of network and IT security, selection/control/control of external service providers and partners, close cooperation with other IT areas and specialist departments Strategic development of IT security: development and implementation of a company-wide IT security strategy with connection of international locations, further development of network and security architecture (Firewall, Segmentation, Zero Trust), introduction and optimization of security standards/processes/methods, evaluation and selection of new technologies and security solutions, ensuring that strategic security requirements are transferred into concrete technical measures and operational processes Operation Network & IT Security: Ensuring a stable and secure operation of the network and security infrastructure (with Focus Europe), controlling incident, problem and change management in the security environment, continuous improvement of operating processes and security measuresResponsibility for: firewall and network environments, Endpoint Protection (Server & Clients), monitoring, detection and logging systems

Governance, Risk Management & Compliance: Further development of IT risk management, identification/evaluation/priorisation of IT and cyber risks, derivation/implementation/following of risk mitigation measures, definition/introduction/monitoring of security policies/standards/KPIs, planning and carrying out audits, and monitoring of external audits International governance & governance in cooperation with the central IT security officer: building and implementing a group-wide IT security governance in cooperation with the IT leadership, ensuring uniform standards and processes across all locations, coordinating security-relevant topics in the international context Documentation & Auditability (TISAX & NIS2 Compliance): Ensuring a consistent documentation of all relevant IT security and network processes, building and maintaining an audit-proof documentation structure (Policies, Processes, Operational Documentation), establishing and developing documentation standards, ensuring the auditability of the IT Security Organisation

Multiannual IT Security and Network Experience (ideal in Paloalto, Cortex) Funded technical understanding in network and security technologies First leadership experience or clear ambition to the guide role (clear ambition to go the next step into a guide role) High self-motivation and design will in a developing environment Ability to take responsibility and actively promote issues Embossed hands-on mentality with simultaneous interest in strategic issues Ability to translate safety requirements into pragmatic, implementable solutions
