Care and advice of our hospital customers Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all relevant decision levels Support in the introduction of digital solutions in the accounting area and their support Customer development Further development of existing business relationships Identification of potentials for intensifying cooperation with our hospital customers Support for contract discussions and customer presentations Project management Participation in overarching projects and independent acquisition of project tasks Data management and reporting Creation of statistical analyses and analyses Ensuring a current and high-quality data base Organization and Administration Takeover of general organisational and administrative tasks Support of the department for organisational and coordination activities

Successfully completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualification Funded knowledge in healthcare, especially in the hospital environment, as well as experience in the care of demanding business customers (e.g. as an account manager healthcare, customer advisor hospital, employee hospital billing, project manager healthcare, key account manager healthcare, consultant hospital billing or comparable) Representative communication and consulting skills High customer orientation and sovereign appearance Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
