For the organization unit Recruiting & Personalmarketing, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Tech Recruiting Experts (w/d).

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from the job advertisement to the offer to applicants incl. the wage and contract negotiations Advice and support for executives, in particular with regard to Recruiting IT experts Participation and evaluation in case of acquiring diagnostic procedures for the selection of specialists and managers Development and implementation of topics, processes and instruments related to sourcing and recruiting Selection and control of external service providers for the occupation of key position Analysis of candidate market trends and KPIs and deriving appropriate measures Participation in projects and acquisition of individual work packages and participation in recruiting events

Successfully completed study of economics, psychology, computer science ö.a. At least two to three years of professional experience in recruiting and sourcing after university completion, desirable by IT profiles in software and hardware environment Advanced knowledge in the field of modern aptitude diagnosis, with proven certification Passion for Recruiting and High Interest in Competence Based Interview Leadership Comprehensive knowledge of the IT advertising market as well as an understanding of recruiting key figures, bank expertise desirable High readiness and desire for continuous personal and professional development Communication and presentation strength, team skills and a strong negotiation skills
