As a specialist Inkasso/Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d), you contribute directly to the successful processing of open claims and to the relief of our customers.

• independent processing of due claims • Support and advice of our clients in the context of the withdrawal of claims • Written and telephone communication with clients, debtors, courts and courts • Negotiating and monitoring payment agreements • Ordering courts and courts to be enforced • Towards economic and social action

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • Experience in debt collection processing – from pre-judicial processing to forced execution • Basic knowledge in debt collection law, in particular in enforcement law and civil law • knowledge of IKAROS and cost law of advantage • Communication strength and joy in telephone exchange • Structured, careful and independent working • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (comparable C1 level) for secure communication with all parties to the proceedings
