For the organization unit C/S data backup and archiving we are looking for the next possible date for the Hannover or Münster site (m/w/d).

The department is responsible for providing, developing and operating the client/server data backup environments for the OSPlus Banking Platform. The department is technically and commercially responsible for the required technical infrastructure and for the agreed services. It offers the AIX, Linux and Windows platforms as well as different databases / applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL or Exchange modern and economical solutions for data backup and archiving.

Exercise the tasks within the framework of the department's professional and disciplinary leadership with responsibility for leadership tasks such as target agreements, target controlling, coaching and personnel development Responsible coordination of work processes incl. Defining priorities and procedures and planning of personnel capacities Budget management and planning Support of the Head of Operations and Strategic Tasks Responsibility for the overall operational management of the department and representation to internal customers Controlling the analysis and cleaning of fault situations (incident and problem management) Fast and proactive communication and escalation in fault situations

Completed study of [economic) computer science or comparable training with multiannual professional experience High communication and coordination capability Teamability and social competence in dealing with a wide range of interlocutors Impressed target orientation, high enforcement and conflictability Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as self-responsibility and initiative First leadership experience is desirable Standing for occasional missions Ggfs.
