classical secretariat: organisation and coordination of daily operations incl. Date, travel and document management and correspondence Strong link: coordination of cross-departmental communication, management system and 5S topics as well as processing of funding applications Sparring Partners: Support for Management in Operational and Strategic Issues, as well as preparation and assessment of decision bases Project and process designers: coordination of projects and support in the introduction and further development of company-wide standards

Complete business studies or a comparable commercial qualification First experiences in an assistance, project management, organizational or comparable coordinating function desirable Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed organisational capacity and good priority management Analytical thinking and understanding of economic relationships Communication strength, safe occurrence and highest reliability and trustworthiness Safe handling of MS Office and high IT affinity German and English language skills in word and writing
