The Hospital Buchholz and Winsen non-profit GmbH with its two modern and economically successful acute hospitals is one of the largest employers in the region. With our over 2,000 employees, we provide 32,000 stationary and 80,000 outpatient patients in the south of Hamburg. In our homes, we combine various disciplines to provide our patients with the best possible treatment across locations. Our personnel department needs support for the period of an upcoming family phase. Further employment is not excluded. The HR department is located at Winsen (Luhe) and is responsible for the staff of the hospitals and for the employees of two subsidiaries. We are a closely co-operating and well-established team of 18 colleagues, with a total of about 2,300 billing cases plus famulants, hospitants, interns and volunteers.
