Check-in/check-out our guests and guest care throughout the stay Contract agreements with guests/groups General reception tasks such as correspondence, invoice creation, cash management and conclusion, processing of bookings and reservations on the current booking platforms, support of the telephone center Advising and completing memberships Retail sale

You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the tourism sector and have ideally already professional experience You are host with passion and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working Team skills and social competence characterize you IT skills, especially in the area of hotel reservation systems (ideally ASSD) and experience in handling MS Office You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Other language skills are advantageous You are ready for a 5-day week and shift service
