For our clients from Lingen (Ems), a state-of-the-art and innovative construction company specializing in modern, sustainable construction systems for the public sector, we are looking exclusively and immediately for a senior buyer (m/w/d) for the further development and expansion of the purchase.

Strategic responsibility for purchasing and supplier management of all external companies (subcontractors) Analysis of the procurement market and development and implementation of demand-oriented medium and long-term purchasing strategies (including budget and cost monitoring) Leading negotiations with regard to contracts, prices, quality and delivery dates (quality and date management) Installation of performance descriptions awards in cooperation with project managers / the production manager Responsibility for the small team and the implementation of administrative topics in purchasing (orders, orders, evaluation offers, listing price levels)

Completed training or studies, e.g. as a business economist, industrial businessman or business engineer (m/w/d) or comparable Insufficient professional practice in purchasing in the construction industry or with after-contracting services Knowledge of contract law desirable Embossed economic thinking and sound process understanding of shopping processes Negotiating strength, persuasiveness and ability to communicate with a wide range of interlocutors
