(Junior) Manager Corporate Development & Strategy (m/f/d)

You analyze and structure complex strategic issues, perform well-founded data analyses and benchmarks and support clear, convincing recommendations for action for different target groups. You work in strategically relevant projects with high management visibility and support the Director Corporate Development in creating meaningful presentations, business cases and decision-making templates for top management and board. You actively control the progress of the project, reflect project plans, milestones and status reports and ensure transparent reporting to management and steering circles. You identify risks at an early stage, formulate decision-making bases for appropriate countermeasures and thus contribute significantly to the successful implementation of complex transformation projects. You moderate workshops and project meetings, prepare them professionally and consistently for a stringent documentation and follow-up of decisions and to-dos.

You have completed university studies – ideally Master – with excellent success. Relevant internships or student experience or first professional experience in project, strategy or corporate development areas of the industry or advice you already bring. In previous stations, you appreciated your strong talent of clearly structuring complex content and preparing accurate and address-oriented. You bring the willingness to work on operational issues. You communicate safely in German and English, have ease in appearance and convince with clear argumentation and commitment. You are characterized by academic excellence, high problem-solving competence, analytical strength (e.g. business cases, scenarios, data-based analyses), very good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) as well as pronounced communicative skills.
