Administrator for Unit B.4 ''Supplementary Civil Defence Training'' (m/f/d)

The BBK is the head office of the Federal National Crisis Management Agency in Germany. We ensure the quality of crisis management in a central coordination role with federal, international and cross-sector partners. In view of this task, our interdisciplinary team is growing steadily. We are looking for dedicated professionals who want to make Germany more crisis-proof. We are looking at the next possible deadline until 31.08.2029 a specialist (w/m/d) for Unit B.4 ''Additional Civil Protection Training'' Paying group 11 TVöD (Bund) with 19 hours per week

at the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler office.

Conceptual development – You develop and evaluate concepts to strengthen the self-help capacity of the population, in particular the training of nurses, and accompany the implementation and optimization. Grant management – you design, implement and optimize the handling of grant programs (including financial aspects). In this case, you will check, among other things, the mid-calls, the proofs of use and also work in the course of on-site checks in the case of successful checks. You are contact persons for the beneficiaries and take over administrative advice. In addition, you take over the examination of the applications for funding and draw up the relevant decision. Controlling – You are responsible for the internal and external reporting of the Unit.

You have a university degree (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) with reference to the area of responsibility, e.g. the field of Public Management, Administration and Business Administration. As an alternative, you as an official have the career capability for the senior civil servant service or have the successful completion to the administration specialist/administrative, employee training II. Ideally, you have knowledge of the right to grant. In case of lack of knowledge, you are willing to acquire these in the short term. Experience from the care sector and knowledge of the structures of the protection of the population in Germany are of advantage. You like to work in the team and act very service-oriented. You communicate competently and appear address-oriented. You have a very good oral and written expressive capacity (German C2 according to GER) and are always diplomatic and sovereign in dealing with a variety of interest groups. You are happy to work independently, result-oriented, structured, can adapt flexibly to different expectations and needs and appreciate the responsibility for your task. The willingness to participate in occasional missions is assumed. Since our tasks are safety-relevant and event-oriented, we need your willingness to extend the safety review and to participate in the BBK crisis organization.

If you are in an official's relationship, we will take you up to the grade A 11 in the same status by means of a disorder without the aim of the transfer.
