Management and overall responsibility for planning, control and implementation of complex development and series projects in the area of Schützenpanzer Marder Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (development, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, quality and V&V) along the entire project life cycle Ensuring the time, cost, and quality implementation of all work packages Close cooperation with customers, as well as internal stakeholders and subcontractors Ensuring risk and change management Control of prototype construction, series start and integration of new technologies Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, contracts and compliance requirements Reporting at management level

The advertised position can also be occupied at the locations Kassel, Unterlüß and Hamburg.

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, military engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management of complex military systems, ideally in the field of chain vehicles or protected vehicles Certification according to IPMA (level C/B) Outstanding leadership and communication strength as well as experience in controlling interdisciplinary teams Secure appearance to customers, authorities and international partners High level of organisational ability, enforcement strength and resilience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing The position can also be occupied at the locations Kassel, Hamburg and Unterlüß.
