Ensuring security of supply and resilience for network & production Process optimization and support of the new organisation incl. Introduction of asset management Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, including personnel selection and resource planning readiness to take over a technical leadership (e.g. S1000 or G1000; if necessary Representation in W1000/M1000 Contact person:in for network economy, investments, incentive regulation and occupational safety Budget Responsibility and Controlling, in particular Investment Planning / Planning Construction, development and operation of relevant management systems (e.g. ISMS, EnMS, TSM) Strategic management of operation, maintenance and renewal of technical assets Creation of economic, investment and medium-term planning Development of investment strategies including coordination with land and construction planning Strategic development of the heat transition (technically & economically) Coordination of network-relevant processes with adjacent areas (HAW, counters, EDM) Company representation in technical and strategic issues

You read that we are looking for a leadership personality with a well-founded experience in the environment of technical infrastructure – ideally in network operation or in energy supply. You know to lead organizations and actively develop them. Complex investment and infrastructure programs are waiting for you. Investment planning, budget responsibility and cost controlling are therefore a living practice for you. Digitization is not a foreign word for you. You can expect topics such as network planning, asset management and regulatory framework – i.e., energy management pure. It needs a clear affinity for saving electricity. A good basis for the comprehensive task is your completed study of electrical engineering, economic engineering, or a comparable basis (technician/master + relevant experience).
