At the IU 'International University' you will get to know all the classic areas of the business community and specialize in sales management. The tuition fees are of course on us. In the practical phases, you will be employed in various branches and will be familiar with all the important processes in the retail sector in addition to the daily business.

Connect theory and practice in a 3.5-year dual study with Deichmann, which ideally prepares you for a leadership position or other exciting activities in sales.

You will alternately complete the theoretical phases at the IU (“International University”) for 2 days a week and the practical phases in different Deichmann departments for 3 days a week. At the university you specialize in the distribution and coordination of activities in the different distribution channels. You get to know the processes in different stores, work actively in the day-to-day business and gradually take over more responsibility. This is rounded off by a practical phase in a Deichmann branch abroad.

You have the general university maturity with a good grade average. You are interested in trading and ideally have first practical experience in retail. You like to be physically active, are responsible and reliable. You show commitment and have a high level of learning and performance. Communication and team skills complete your profile.
