Strategic procurement of raw materials in the Fruit segment for all works of the Zentis Group in Germany and for our subsidiaries in the USA, Poland and Hungary Preparation and implementation of shopping negotiations incl. Completion and System Care of Supplier Contracts Documentation of bio requirements and accompanying bioaudits Supporting our supplier management, in particular maintaining existing and building new supplier relationships Implementation of defined purchasing targets and efficiency projects, including research on alternative fruit commodities and their origins Continuous market analysis, compilation of market reports and adaptation of plan prices according to current market situation Support in negotiations with our customers in the field of jams and fruit preparations as a business partner (m/w/d) for our areas of quality management and sales Supporting our department management in defining the purchasing budget

Successfully completed studies with the focus on purchasing or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in buying fruit desirable Good knowledge of SAP R/3 in module MM as well as in popular MS Office products Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; additional foreign language knowledge (e.g. Spanish) of advantage Embossed planning and organizational capacity, even in time-critical problems Very independent, flexible, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and working methods Commercial understanding and team spirit readiness for regular international missions
