Your tasks:

• Client bookings with real estate management
• ZM messages
• General voting and booking work
• UST pre-registration incl. Institutions
• Contact person for the auditor, auditor and tax advisor
• Good knowledge of tax law desirable
• Creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB
• Creation of HB II for consolidated financial statements
• Working with commercial projects such as creation of guidelines, process optimization and adaptations in the SAP system

Your qualifications:

• Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting and experience in the production of monthly and annual accounts
• Commercial training with completed accounting audit or completed BWL study with deepening in financial and accounting
• Routinized handling of SAP-FI and safe handling of MS Office programs
• Good knowledge of travel costs
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills
• Team-capable, initiative and independent work
• Number affinity and solution-oriented
• Analytical skills as well as a structured and self-responsible way of working
