You take over the management of the group of experts in the department of Landesbau with 12 employees. In this function, you are responsible for the key principles of regional development and ensure their nationwide implementation. The group deals with cross-disciplinary and tax-relevant issues with a national impact. You are responsible for these topics Conceptual basic work in land construction Development and further development of technical guidelines, work aids and control models based on legal and ministries Process and organizational development Design and development of process landscapes, clarification of competences and monitoring of organic changes Political communication and cooperation Creation of opinions, response to political questions and cooperation with external partners Contract and budget basis Basic issues of procurement and contracting, as well as the maintenance of budgetary frameworks (including HBBAU) Digital transformation and specialist applications Strategic control and further development of digital applications as well as the development of uniform digital standards in national production Quality assurance and knowledge management Participation in the establishment and development of a nationwide quality management system, as well as the provision of clear and uniform working bases
