In this position you will work on the strategic and operational development of the Diehl-Defence Process and Document Management. You identify possibilities for improving the process management and work on the design and implementation of corresponding solutions. You implement manual recommendations and imple­ment them in the process and documentation of Diehl Defence. In addition, you will develop and visualize business processes with the product and specialist areas and coordinate or moderate the cross-disciplinary teams. In addition, the BPM portal will support you and process the internal workflows.

A completed training, including further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or an completed study, is the ideal precondition for this position. You have expertise in developing and implementing business processes as well as initial experience in implementing strategic projects. In addition, you have a well-founded understanding of area and system-wide operations and are safe to use MS products (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).
