(Junior) Specialist Knowledge Management & Ticketing (m/f/d)

As part of our Knowledge Management & Ticketing team, you actively shape the future of our company-wide knowledge management and ticketing solution – the entire house is your customer: System Responsibility: You continue to operate and develop our central solution for knowledge management, ticketing and workflows – currently based on Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), perspective with open view for alternative solutions Advice & Enablement: You are the first contact person for our departments, advises on the optimal use of the tools and empowers users through training, demos and practical documentation Process & Workflow Design: You analyse requirements and implement them technically, taking into account our standards Lifecycle Management: You plan and execute updates and patches, develop test concepts and ensure high availability together with our infrastructure teams Strategy & development: You are actively engaged in strategic topics – from the evaluation of new tools and solutions to the planning of migrations

Completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience Experience in the operation and configuration of ticketing, workflow or knowledge management systems – ideally with Atlassian products, but also experience with other solutions is welcome Understanding workflow design and automation Joy in developing standards and reusable solutions First experience with scripting (e.g. Groovy, REST API) or willingness to develop yourself in this area Interest in infrastructure as code and modern operating concepts You think in solutions, not in tools – and are open to new technologies You have an eye for structure and realize where standardization creates added value You communicate clearly and understandably – and you enjoy advising and empowering users You work independently, you get proactive and appreciate the exchange in the team You also keep an overview and prioritize pragmatic in a variety of requirements.
