As a specialist Supplier Quality (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning and implementation of supplier appointments and audits to evaluate the quality selection, approval, further development and support of suppliers You conduct independently negotiations and coordination of the higher quality assurance agreements and complex QS requirements with suppliers The support of the supplier portal including the evaluation and independent approval of the suppliers as well as the cooperation in the planning and implementation of all necessary measures in the context of the selection of suppliers also belong to your tasks You are responsible for building and developing the strategic QS specifications and identifying optimization requirements as well as developing concepts and solutions in the field of supplier development You control, consolidate and responsible for product groups or projects from the perspective of supplier development incl. Escalation management internally and externally, including definition and pursuit of the necessary quality-side measures in the shift of assemblies to other suppliers The preparation and implementation of the supplier risk classification based on the QM evaluation criteria in cooperation with the specialists Supplier Quality (m/w/d) is another part of your activity You adopt strategic coordination and quality cooperation with the cooperation partners Takeover of key tasks such as preparation of key figures, development of management processes is also one of your tasks You also take over the internal and external coordination, monitoring and verification of the corrective measures, as well as acceptance of delivery items from suppliers, as well as the release of initial samples and production and testing processes at the supplier. The professional training and instruction of employees and suppliers completes your work

You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification with long-term relevant professional experience plus Relevant additional qualifications or comparable qualifications A completed additional training to the QM-Auditor is provided, further relevant additional qualifications are desirable You have strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g. FMEA, lshikawa, 8D method, Kaizen) Very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications as well as knowledge in the CAQ system Babtec and SAP/R3 are advantageous You also have good moderation skills and a high readiness to travel In addition, you are characterized by your structured, independent and proactive operation as well as pronounced communication, team skills and empathy Conflict and Criticism, Negotiation and Enforcement Strength, Very Good Method and Moderation Competence as well as Stressability and Resilience are not foreign words for you Negotiating English skills complete your profile
