IT Infrastructure Manager End Devices (f-m-d)

Interface between the departments and the service provider for terminal operation (clients, mobile, printers, video conferencing systems, special devices)

Ensuring the quality and availability of the terminals in accordance with the agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)

Responsibility for customized software packages

Testing and acceptance of the images and soft maintenance packages prepared by the service provider in the customer environment

Special devices such as infoscreens, kiosk PCs, label printers

Support of special client software that cannot be packaged

Interface between internal stakeholders IT security, information security and data protection as well as the terminal operating service provider

Cooperation with internal IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth integration of end devices into existing IT infrastructure

Testing and approval of orders to the service provider

Implementation of regular service reviews and reporting to management

Completed degree (Diplom/Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable subject and multiannual professional experience

Multiannual experience in IT service management, ideally in the field of terminal equipment

Knowledge of external service providers and their control

Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking

Team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and self-organisation

Structured, independent working and team skills

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
