Maintenance and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities (HLKS) Monitoring of building technology (e.g. elevators, fire alarm systems, door control systems) Disruption and minor repairs Energy and consumption control (e.g. counter readings, optimization of energy consumption) Accompanying external specialist companies in repairs and maintenance including documentation Control operations in the building and on the premises and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Participation in the care of our outdoor facilities, waste disposal and control of waste separation Opening/closing services and support and events (e.g. construction work)

You have completed vocational training, for example as an electronic technician (e.g. for energy and building technology), plant mechanic (e.g. for sanitary, heating and air conditioning), gas and water installer, or a comparable qualification You have relevant expertise in master care You work independently, independently and carefully, even under term printing You are a team player that is characterized by a high level of commitment You bring the willingness to the shift and weekend service as part of the willingness to call You have a passenger car license, at least class B
