Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Project Development Real Estate

We are an experienced project developer who, with many years of experience, develops and realizes individual and intelligent solutions for high-quality residential and office buildings and attractive quarters primarily in inner-city locations of the cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt, as well as for commercially rented apartment houses in attractive other cities. In our company, it expects a great expertise in complex real estate development tasks, which are accompanied by long-term partners. Due to the successful company development and other pending projects, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) at the closest possible time with a focus on building processing for our headquarters in Cologne. Ideally, we imagine that you have already demonstrated your competence in a comparable position or that you have provided a project taxer in building management and now strive to change the role of the client with decision-making skills.

Own perception of the building function, comprising design and cost optimization, tendering and awarding as well as from demolition to turnkey handover and documentation of the projects Quality assurance of projects in terms of commercial, time and construction Selection of the technical planner team and construction executives as well as coordination with all project participants Development of technical construction descriptions, functional performance descriptions and comparable documents in the context of the creation of construction and rental contracts in cooperation with legal and technical consultants Coordination of planning processes as well as control and support of the turnkey construction process Review of the planning for feasibility, cost-effectiveness and technical implementation Care of contacts with construction partners, planners and authorities

Completed academic studies in architecture or civil engineering Experience in the realization of larger construction projects Security in handling contractual documents and in the enforcement of contractual claims Engaged, targeted and independent working methods and project management competence Openness for creative solutions, hands-on mentality Enforcement and professional appearance against joint venture partners, authorities and service providers Team skills and willingness to train younger colleagues Knowledge of administrative structures, relevant legislation and building regulations for real estate projects Good commercial understanding Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level according to GER) are required, as the position includes intensive written and oral communication with authorities, specialist planners, construction companies etc. In addition, the creation and testing of contract and project documentation is part of the task
