Whoever builds houses knows: good planning makes the difference. At the customer service at FingerHaus, you will bring your expertise from the building day – and take responsibility for smooth processes in the planning phase. COMPLAINTS: As a contact person for our builders from the conclusion of the contract to the presentation of the house, you will ensure that everything fits together with your technical understanding They examine building plots, take care, for example, of permits, keep deadlines in sight and agree with colleagues from other departments (e.g. architects, Statiker) and with authorities You keep the whole thing in mind – step by step, with a thorough incorporation

You have professional experience in the (furnished house) construction area – ideally with technical, handcrafted or planar background (e.g. as a technician / survey engineer / Zimmerer / Dachdecker / Bauzeichner / Meister (m/w/d))) Good knowledge of common PC programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel bring you along and are open to company-specific programs Organization is yours as well as the exchange with customers, authorities and internal teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
