Further information: https://www.finn.com/ Your role As a senior payroll manager at FINN you keep our monthly payroll bill running. You are responsible for the entire process from preparation to preparation and make sure that everything is running properly and correctly. You provide the billing data on your own, secure the clean administration of all benefits and support complex tax and social insurance issues. In the post-processing process, you will create reports and evaluations, keep legal changes in mind and are the central contact person for our external tax law firm, social security institutions and authorities.

You are responsible for the independent preparation, execution and preparation of the monthly wage and salary bill for about 400 employees. You take the process responsibility for the payroll area and continuously optimise our billing processes. You manage different employee benefits such as occupational pensions, JobAuto and allowances, taking into account the tax framework conditions. You coordinate cooperation with our external tax law firm and are contact persons:in social security institutions and authorities. You advise People Leader, the People Team and all employees on complex pay tax and social insurance issues. You create reports, evaluations and statistics and ensure compliance with current legal changes in the payroll environment. You support special topics such as annual financial statements, severely disabled persons tax, flat-rate pay tax and other accounting requirements.

A commercial training or training (e.g. tax specialist, professional assistance salary or wage accounting) or multiannual professional experience in the corresponding field, ideally in a dynamic environment. Deep knowledge of German pay tax and social security law as well as experience with complex accounting situations. Safe handling in cooperation with external service providers and authorities. Ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner. Structured, reliable and independent operation. German on C1/Native level, good English skills are advantageous.
