About us Your duties Assembly, new construction and repair of complex assemblies, systems and equipment of precious metals and special materials Installation and commissioning of production components on melting troughs and crucibles in a high-precision production environment Operation of conventional processing and welding systems, partly with programmable controls Implementation and documentation of quality-relevant tests according to SCHOTT standards Collection of measurement, production and material data in precious metal processing Support for administrative and organisational activities in the production environment Your profile Complete training as an industrial mechanic, engineering mechanic or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the assembly of precious metal appliances or complex technical assemblies Very good understanding of technical drawings and production documents Experience in handling conventional machine and welding processes Basic knowledge of computer applications for documentation and data collection Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
