Your mission: create transparency, make decisions As a junior controller at QLIMATE, you can help our team analyze, control and optimize financial processes. Your work gives our executives the security to make informed decisions – and the opportunity to take responsibility from the start. To strengthen our team we are looking for you Junior Controller (m/w/d)

Data Analysis & Reporting: You first write monthly reports, analyze deviations and prepare key figures for management. Budgeting & Forecasting: You support planning budgets, creating forecasts and controlling cost centers. Process optimization: Together with the team, you identify potential for improvement in financial processes and work on their implementation. Interface management: You work closely with accounting, purchasing and sales to consolidate data and clarify questions. Project controlling: You accompany selected projects – from costing to success control. Tool introduction: You get to know modern controlling tools and help develop them.

Education: Complete study of economics, economics, (economic) mathematics or a comparable qualification – ideally focusing on controlling, finance or accounting. First experiences: internships, student work activities or first professional experience in controlling, accounting or finance are a plus. Technical skills: Good knowledge in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and ideally first touch points with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central, SAP) and PowerBI. Analytical thinking: You have the pleasure of interpreting data, recognizing relationships and comprehending results. Communication: You bring topics to the point – whether in presentations or in exchange with the team Mindset: You are ready to learn, structured and like to pack things on your own. Languages: Very good German knowledge, English of advantage.
