Projektingenieur Tiefbau (m/w/d) is responsible for the economic, technical and qualitative planning and implementation of civil engineering projects and ensure their successful implementation over all phases of the performance. You plan, monitor and independently accompany construction measures over all performance phases according to HOAI in compliance with internal requirements, technical regulations and recognised technical rules You create technical concepts, variant studies and expert opinions as well as detailed and execution plans for investment and maintenance measures You carry out planning, calculation and tendering activities, evaluate offers and create calculations as well as cost-effectiveness calculations including documentation You take over the construction supervision including technical and construction management, organize acceptances, commissioning, billing and complete project documentation You ensure the quality through plausibility, completeness and standard testing of plan works, calculations and technical documentation

Complete study of civil engineering or comparable Long-standing experience in the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects over several phases of performance Knowledge of the HOAI, the national regulations and relevant technical standards and regulations Safe handling of office applications as well as AVA and CAD systems, basic business knowledge, especially in controlling Structured, responsible operation and a high quality and cost awareness
