The Frankfurter Personenschiffahrt Anton Nauheimer GmbH is a traditional, owner-operated company with its own gastronomy in Frankfurt. We operate five passenger ships flying the flag of the Primus line on Main and Rhine. The Primus line serves different guest groups – from event gastronomy to excursion guests and tourist groups. Your duties You process fresh ingredients and actively support the preparation of cold and warm food according to our recipes, simple dishes prepare yourself. In the food edition, you will help actively. Your tasks also include the preparation and refurbishment of the workstations and kitchen appliances including rinsing and cleaning work. It is clear that you comply with all hygienic provisions and safety conditions without exception. In a small kitchen crew you work hand in hand together for as smooth as possible procedures.

Your profile Perhaps you could already gain professional experience in the gastronomy industry, the processes in a kitchen are familiar to you. The variety of activities in the kitchen will give you pleasure and you can adjust flexibly to it. You are reliable and durable and master the requirements for the kitchen in your team even on high-frequency days.
