Your tasks:

As HR Specialist Payroll / Personnel Compensation (m/w/d) you are responsible for performing and ensuring a correct and timely payment. You work in a dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of HR processes. Your tasks include: Implementation of the pay bill for a defined employee area Maintenance of master data and changes Tax and social insurance assessment and booking of remuneration components Creation of certificates (e.g. work certificate) Advising executives and employees in matters relating to pay billing Working in personnel projects Our requirements:

For this position, we are looking for a specialist who has a well-founded knowledge of the pay bill. The following qualifications and skills are desirable: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office Good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed, structured work Solution-oriented and professional handling of internal and external partners
