Together with your HR Operations team, support our business areas in all administrative HR processes such as contract management, personnel support or payroll accounting. With your qualifications, do you want to support the HR area in matters of occupational retirement? Then you can introduce yourself here: You are responsible for the care, billing and administration of payment conversions and collective legal commitments in the field of insurance-like execution paths. You will be transferred continuously after appropriate incorporation and knowledge status tasks in the care, accounting and administration of operating pension entitlements, pensioners and performance cases. As part of the priority team, you support recurring tasks and case-based projects.

Staff HR - Occupational pension (w/m/d) You will be with us with a completed training to / as a merchant in insurance or a completed study with a focus on insurance, personnel or banks. Ideally, you bring expertise in the field of occupational pensions. A high willingness to use, a pronounced curiosity and joy in continuous learning characterize you. You work independently, independently and structured, but you are also communicative and a team player. You can safely handle the current MS Office applications. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your qualifications.
